McCarthy Stone is seeking passionate Mobile Domestic Assistants to join our care team. This field-based role travels between developments to provide domestic and lifestyle support, including cleaning, shopping and companionship for older homeowners.

Hours up to 20 per week, on a rota that includes mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and some bank holidays. Driving license and own car essential; travel expenses reimbursed and mileage paid at £0.43 per mile.

Responsibilities

• Domestic: maintain communal areas and assist with cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
• Social Support: assist with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments.
• Personal care: help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance when needed.
