McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support homeowners with personal care, domestic tasks, and companionship across our developments. You will travel between sites using your own vehicle, with mileage paid and travel expenses covered.

The role offers 30–35 hours per week on a rota including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends. A UK driving license and flexibility are essential as is a commitment to high standards of care.

Qualifications

• This role requires a valid UK driving license and access to your own car.
• Full training is provided for those changing careers.
• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Maintain communal areas and assist with household tasks.
• Support social activities and accompany appointments as needed.
