McCarthy & Stone is hiring Mobile Care Assistants to provide personalised care and domestic support across Scarborough, Whitby, and Bridlington areas. You will travel between developments, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for homeowners.

The role includes social support, transport coordination, and wellbeing activities. Full training is provided; a UK driving license and access to your own car are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but full training is provided.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care including daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication support.
• Maintain clean, welcoming communal areas and assist with domestic tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements, and wellbeing initiatives.
