Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• One year of packing machine operator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down equipment for canning runs.
• Operate and maintain the canning line and perform CIP procedures to Iron Heart standards.
• Learn on the job with on-site training and guidance to grow within the role.
