Candidates should be prepared for 8–12 hour shifts, heavy lifting, and travel to brewery sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• One year of packing machine operator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transport and set up/take down of heavy equipment for canning runs.
• Chemical mixing and sanitation procedures.
• Setting up and troubleshooting equipment such as labeler and date coder.
• Consistent quality checks.
• Keeping the equipment clean and up to standards.
• Collaborating with other technicians and brewery staff.
• Safely and efficiently operate heavy packaging machinery.
• Packaging machinery repair and maintenance.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
