Iron Heart Canning Co. seeks a Packaging Technician to lead daily canning runs and troubleshoot issues on the line.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, experience with canning equipment, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Ideal candidates hold nitrogen certifications and a high school diploma, with a preference for a 4-year degree and prior packing-machine experience.

Formación

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and on-site repair.
• Ability to operate canning line equipment and related machinery.
• Strong communication with management and team.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshooting and escalation
• Understands minimizing dissolved oxygen under various conditions
• New SOP awareness and adherence
• Canning line setup and cleaning
• Machine repair
• Performs jobs unsupervised with a Tech I or II
• Seamer understanding and minor adjustments
• Communicates run and issues with customer
• Communicate with other employees and gives direction as needed
• Canning line maintenance days
• Previous duties as needed
