Job summary

Iron Heart Canning is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our full-time team in Manchester, NH. You will set up and break down equipment, ensure Clean-In-Place procedures meet our standards, and operate and maintain the canning line.

You will work with a safety-first mindset and contribute to quality across shifts. Starting at $20/hour with benefits, including paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and medical/dental insurance, we offer on-site training and opportunities to advance as you learn

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• One year of packing machine operator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down equipment.
• Operate and maintain the canning line.
• Ensure Clean-In-Place procedures meet standards.
• Perform quality checks and keep equipment clean.
• Transport and move heavy equipment as needed.
