Job summary

CBRE Mobile Technician position servicing retail facilities across Northern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You’ll start and end your day from home and travel to sites in a company vehicle, performing preventive maintenance and repairs.

The role covers electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks across a diverse portfolio of locations. You’ll operate safely, expand hands-on skills, and grow within CBRE’s leading facilities management team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Corrigo experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Manage time, estimate completion, and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management to ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow defined procedures and solve routine problems under supervision.
• Deliver outputs by following documented processes.
