Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; track completion
• Support energy management to ensure efficiency
• Inspect installations for codes and safety compliance
• Communicate clearly with clients and team; respond to inquiries
• Follow defined procedures under supervision
