Job summary

CBRE Mobile Technician role overseeing field work across Northern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You will travel from home in a fully equipped company vehicle to maintain and repair retail facilities, applying skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 1–2 years of related experience; valid Driver’s License.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Follow basic work routines and safety standards.
• Clear communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• Corrigo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems to keep facilities up to standard.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Manage time and materials; provide ETA and materials needed.
• Support energy management for efficient operation of systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
