Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician to maintain and repair retail facilities across Northern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This role starts from home and travels to sites in a company vehicle with all necessary tools and fuel cards provided.

You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks across multiple locations, ensuring safety and efficiency. A strong problem-solving mindset and self-motivation are essential to succeed with CBRE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Experience with Corrigo and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Demonstrate time management and organize work orders with estimated completion times and materials needed.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
