CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across several buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. The role supports energy management and ensures compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for coordinating with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required, 1–2 years of job-related experience preferred.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials to complete repairs; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, co-workers, and supervisors to exchange information.
