Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer in the United States to manage and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems across assigned buildings. You will monitor chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and air distribution to ensure occupant comfort while adhering to NFPA codes and company standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, and timely reporting of any issues.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC systems and chillers.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and local building regulations.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, VAV systems and air distribution.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment to ensure comfort and safety.
• Inspect and repair engine room equipment, cooling towers, pumps, electric rooms and back-up systems.
• Respond to emergencies and comply with codes, safety training and company directives.
