Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to support multiple facilities in Everett, WA. The role involves preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and control systems to keep buildings running smoothly.

You will review work orders, estimate time and materials, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Strong computer skills and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years of experience as a building engineer.
• Universal EPA license required.
• Mobile maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee repairs.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Operate company vehicles and manage inventory.
• Share knowledge and mentor others.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE values.
