Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years proven experience as a building engineer.
• Universal EPA license required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials and manage supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance to meet design specs and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and company directives.
• Operate company vehicles and mentor others within the team.
