Job summary

Colliers International in Bloomington or San Bernardino, CA seeks a Mobile Building Engineer. You will maintain mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, ensure safety, and respond to client requests with priority and clear communication.

With at least 3 years in maintenance/engineering, a CFC license or ability to obtain one, and a valid driver’s license, you’ll manage work orders, coordinate with clients, and help minimize downtime while upholding Colliers’ high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in building/property maintenance or engineering.
• CFC Certification (or able to obtain).
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and building mechanicals.
• On-call flexibility for after-hours/weekend emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Holding required licenses per jurisdiction.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and corrective maintenance for building mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Respond to client requests, prioritize work orders and communicate updates.
• Ensure safety of clients and their properties.
