Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in building/property maintenance or engineering.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR.
• Holding any necessary required licenses based on building and jurisdictional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to client requests and follow up on work orders.
• Ensure safety of clients and their properties.
