Job summary

NEP Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the coordination of equipment needs for remote broadcast facilities. You will work with Operations and Field Shop to ensure client needs are met for NEP events.

Responsibilities include documenting equipment requirements in Mas500, optimizing float equipment usage via ScheduAll, and maintaining accurate records across scheduling systems while building strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 years logistics experience or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistic needs for remote broadcast facilities.
• Assist Operations and Field Shop with equipment needs as they relate to client needs for NEP events.
• Document and track equipment needs in the NEP work order system (Mas500).
• Facilitate efficient usage of NEP float equipment using ScheduAll scheduling system.
• Maintain accuracy of float equipment in equipment database and ScheduAll.
