Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage remote broadcast facilities' equipment needs and workflows. You will document requests, track usage, and coordinate rentals to support live events and productions.

Qualifications

2 years logistics experience or equivalent required.
4 year bachelor’s degree a plus.
Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate equipment needs for remote broadcast facilities and client requests.
Document and track equipment needs in the NEP work order system (Mas500).
Facilitate and analyze efficient usage of float equipment across divisions using ScheduAll.
Maintain accuracy of equipment records in databases and scheduling systems.
Negotiate equipment rentals with rental houses and generate related work orders.
Liaise between engineering, field staff, and vendors to direct inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
