Qualifications

  • 2 years logistics experience or equivalent required.
  • 4 year bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate equipment needs for remote broadcast facilities and client requests.
  • Document and track equipment needs in the NEP work order system (Mas500).
  • Facilitate and analyze efficient usage of float equipment across divisions using ScheduAll.
  • Maintain accuracy of equipment records in databases and scheduling systems.
  • Negotiate equipment rentals with rental houses and generate related work orders.
  • Liaise between engineering, field staff, and vendors to direct inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
