The role supports flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and may include additional pay for Spanish fluency. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, donor screening, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to SOPs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job training provided; no prior phlebotomy experience required.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods; flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform registration, vitals, medical screening, phlebotomy, and related record-keeping duties.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure regulatory-compliant blood collection.
• Assist supervisor with daily paperwork verification and completion.
• Report equipment issues or donor questions to supervisor promptly.
• Support donors throughout the donation process and respond to donor reactions.
• Educate donors on blood donation frequency and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
