Job summary

ICEE is seeking a Service Technician in Texas to service frozen beverage and ice equipment, dispensers, and related machinery. You will operate with minimal supervision, attend weekly service-center meetings, and drive a company vehicle. The role requires mechanical aptitude, a valid REAL ID, and steel-toed footwear.

Training through ICEE Academy is provided, with lifetime benefits and tuition reimbursement. As part of the ICEE team, you’ll receive a company vehicle, gas card, and tech tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Trained and certified in preventive maintenance and installations.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on ICEE equipment.
• Receives dispatched service calls and responds promptly.
• Maintains inventory of parts, tools, and company vehicle.
• Communicates with customers and supervisor regarding service needs.
