Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health System is seeking a Behavior Consultant to oversee and implement behavior management plans for IBHS clients in Wyomissing, PA. The role includes conducting functional behavioral assessments and providing behavioral consultation under the Clinical Coordinator’s supervision.

The position requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, one year of direct mental health experience with youth, and a Behavior Specialist License.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• One year of full-time experience delivering direct mental health services to children, youth, or young adults.
• Behavior Specialist License; BCBA supervision offered.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals in line with agency policies.
• Report to supervisor and administrative staff in a timely manner.
• Complete required training annually and per the Professional Development Plan.
• Submit payroll and billing documentation promptly.
• Conduct assessments of new IBHS clients on caseload.
• Provide crisis assessment and behavioral stabilization services as needed.
• Provide clinical consultation to parents, caregivers, teachers, and other staff.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and discuss target behaviors with the team.
