Job summary

Holcomb Brand is seeking a Behavior Consultant to develop and oversee behavior management plans and conduct functional behavioral assessments for IBHS clients, supervised by the Clinical Coordinator. The role includes mobile clinical service delivery, crisis assessments, and ensuring licensure standards are met.

Education requires a Master's in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling from an accredited program.
• One year of full-time experience in providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults.
• Licensed or certification preferred, but not required.
• Clearances including Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal and fingerprint-based federal history; not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals aligned with agency policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical, mobile service delivery and crisis stabilization as needed.
• Develop and oversee behavior management plans and conduct functional behavioral assessments.
• Provide case consultation to staff and clinical guidance to parents, teachers, and caregivers.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and prepare documentation for re-authorizations.
