Job summary

Holcomb Brand is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Specialist in Kennett Square, PA. The role supports intensive behavioral health services with duties including FBAs, treatment planning, and crisis intervention across home, school, and community settings.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience. LBS certification is preferred. This position offers paid training and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum one year of experience delivering behavioral or mental health services to children or adolescents.
• LBS certification preferred; candidates eligible for BSL/LBS will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans.
• Provide mobile behavioral consultation and crisis intervention services in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and Behavioral Health Technicians to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and authorization paperwork.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and required annual training.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment outcomes to support ongoing care.
