Job summary

Chimes in Allentown, PA seeks a Behavior Consultant to develop and oversee formal behavior management plans, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and provide behavioral consultation for IBHS clients under supervision.

Position requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling and at least one year of full-time mental health experience with youth. Part-time to full-time caseload with strong training and documentation emphasis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• One year of full-time experience providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults.
• Licensure/certification preferred, but not required.
• Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals in line with agency policies.
• Provide clinical, mobile service delivery per program description and licensure standards.
• Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery and outcomes.
• Provide crisis assessment and behavioral stabilization services as needed.
• Develop and oversee implementation of behavior management plans.
• Provide case consultation to BHTs and other staff as required.
