Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health System is seeking a Part-Time IBHS clinician in Kennett Square, PA. The role involves conducting FBAs, developing individualized behavior support plans, and delivering mobile behavioral consultations in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience with children or adolescents; PA clearances are required. LBS are favored. Generous PTO and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience providing behavioral or mental health services to children or adolescents.
• LBS preferred; candidates eligible for BSL/LBS certification will be considered.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI Fingerprinting, Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior support plans.
• Provide mobile behavioral consultation and crisis intervention in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and BHTs to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and authorization paperwork.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and required annual training.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment outcomes to support ongoing care.
