Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company is seeking a Behavior Consultant to develop and oversee behavior management plans and conduct functional behavioral assessments for IBHS clients, under supervision of the Clinical Coordinator.

The role requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, plus a year of direct mental health experience with youth and a Behavior Specialist license. A BCBA supervision path is available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from an accredited college or university.
• One year of full‑time experience in providing direct mental health services to youth.
• Behavior Specialist License required; BCBA supervision offered.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals aligned with agency objectives.
• Provide clinical consultation and supervision to staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Complete 16 hours of annual training as per DHS guidelines.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, payers, and community partners.
• Support and participate in supervision sessions and program meetings.
