Behavioral Health Connections in Tempe, AZ seeks a dynamic Mobile Assessor (Full Time Nights) to perform mental health assessments for contracted ERs and hospitals. You will evaluate risk, determine the appropriate level of care, and triage patients to services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LMFT/LCSW/LMSW or RN.
• Current CPR, if required by the customer hospital.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Internship experience with individual, group or family therapy.
