Job summary

Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic Mobile Assessor for full time nights to join a compassionate team. The position provides mobile, on-site assessments for children to adults, coordinating crisis care and treatment referrals in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field and an active license. CPR is required when applicable by client hospitals, and a valid driver’s license is necessary for mobile work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current CPR is required by customer hospital.
• Mobile assessment internship/experience preferred.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor ("LPC" or "LPC-A"), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ("LMFT"), Licensed Master Social Worker ("LMSW"), Licensed Clinical Social Worker ("LCSW"), or Registered Nurse ("RN").

Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. ("Customer hospital" means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)

Must have a valid driver’s license

EXPERIENCE

Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.

Experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.

Mobile assessment experience preferred.
