Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic and talented Mobile Assessor PRN 12 hours Varied Shifts to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Mobile Assessor provides mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and/or hospitals, recommends the appropriate level of treatment based on the Assessor’s assessment of risk factors, and triages patients to appropriate services.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPC-A), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMST), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Registered Nurse (RN).
Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
Experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.
Mobile assessment experience preferred.
