Job summary

Chimes is hiring a Behavior Consultant to develop and oversee formal behavior management plans, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and provide behavioral consultation for IBHS clients under supervision of the Clinical Coordinator.

The role focuses on mobile clinical delivery, data collection, and adherence to licensure standards, with opportunities for BCBA supervision and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling from an accredited college/university.
• One year of full-time experience in providing direct mental health services to children, youth, or young adults.
• Behavior Specialist License. BCBA Supervision offered.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals aligned with agency aims and procedures.
• Provide clinical, mobile service delivery in accordance with program description and licensure standards.
• Collect outcome data for clients at service re-authorization intervals.
• Maintain documentation of clinical service delivery and related reports.
• Provide crisis assessment and behavioral stabilization as needed.
