Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited program; practicum completed.
• One year of full-time mental health service experience with youth.
• Behavior Specialist License required; BCBA supervision offered.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service goals aligned with agency policies and procedures.
• Report to supervisor and admin staff in a timely, thorough manner.
• Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Complete 16 hours of DHS-approved training each year.
• Complete additional required trainings per the Professional Development Plan.
• Submit documentation to HR promptly (degrees, licenses, clearances, and training).
• Provide clinical, mobile services per program and licensure standards.
• Collect outcome data (CBCL/ATEC) at service re-authorization times.
• Deliver quality mobile services based on best practices.
• Maintain high-quality documentation of clinical service delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, payers, and support reps.
• Provide all authorized client services with re-authorization documentation promptly.
• Submit payroll and billing documentation accurately and on time.
• Assess all new IBHS clients on caseload.
• Develop and oversee implementation of behavior management plans.
• Provide crisis assessment and stabilization as needed.
• Provide case consultation to BHTs and staff as required.
• Provide clinical consultation to families and caregivers on interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Provide info on frequency, intensity, duration of target and replacement behaviors.
• Participate in 1 hour monthly supervision; an extra hour if BC supervises BHT.

Education

Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
