Job summary

AAA Tulsa is seeking dedicated full-time drivers to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will help members with battery jumps, tire changes, and fuel delivery while working from a service vehicle in various weather conditions.

The role emphasizes safety, fast service, and clear communication with members during roadside emergencies. Pay starts at a base rate of $21.40/hour with 10% shift differential for 2nd shift, plus overtime and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in automotive/mechanical environments or related experience.
• Strong customer-service orientation and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire changes.
• Operate service vehicles and document calls using in-truck technology.
• Deliver high-quality roadside assistance while ensuring member safety.
