Job summary

AAA Lexington is actively hiring full-time Mobile Battery Technicians to support our Roadside Assistance team. You will operate from a service vehicle, perform battery tests and replacements, and provide lock-out, jump-start, and tire-change services to members in various weather conditions.

Training is provided and schedules may include weekends. The role offers a competitive base pay starting at $21.40/hour, overtime vigor during peak seasons, monthly bonuses, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for state of residence and compliance with licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide tow and recovery services using established guidelines and quality control procedures.
• Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire change services.
• Mobile Battery Technicians sell, install, test, and perform battery warranty services for Members.
• Communicate with members to keep them informed and safe.
• Enter call information into in-truck technology and process payments.
