Primis Bank seeks a V1BE Mobile Customer Service Representative to perform banking transactions, including cash handling and notary services, at customer locations on a part-time, hybrid schedule. The role requires safe vehicle operation, attention to detail, and strong customer service.

You will travel within a defined area, use the V1BE app to fulfill requests, and coordinate with a Fulfillment Lead to ensure timely, accurate service. Flexibility and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Preferred background in delivery, security, or military service.
• Retail leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at customer-specified locations with time-sensitive pickups and deliveries.
• Demonstrate proficiency with the V1BE application to support service requests.
• Work autonomously using technology and communication tools.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Lead and market center staff to finish transactions smoothly.
• Transport transactions securely and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
