Responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking support across branch locations.
• Cover banker and teller absences and fill open positions as needed.
• Build customer relationships through proactive conversations and outreach.
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to connect customers with banking products and solutions.
• Promote branch growth by identifying opportunities and referrals.
• Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
• Perform cash handling and teller line activities with compliance.
• Collaborate with teammates to hand off to licensed bankers and specialists.
• Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Deliver service within defined risk controls.
