Job summary

Longview Bank in Ogden, IL is seeking an experienced Universal Banker to support customers with online and mobile banking, set up access, and assist with bill pay. You will greet customers, identify needs, and provide timely, accurate help in person and by phone.

You will educate customers on products and digital tools, open and service deposit accounts, and cross-sell services. This full-time, hourly role includes a rotating Saturday schedule and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or banking experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• High attention to detail with accuracy in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online and mobile banking and bill pay support.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Educate customers on bank products and digital tools; refer as needed.
• Open, maintain, and close consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell bank products and services and support debit card services.
• Complete required reports and documentation; comply with policies.
