Job summary

Level 3 Audio Visual, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Customer Support Technician to service and optimize integrated AV systems at customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, update firmware, and document findings to keep systems reliable and performing at peak levels.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on AV experience, OSHA 10, CTS/CTS-I and CTS‑I within 12 months, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting integrated AV systems.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance visits on AV systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving audio, video, control, and networked AV systems.
• Update firmware and system configurations to maintain performance.
• Document service work and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.
