Job summary

Level 3 Audio Visual, LLC is seeking a Field Technician Senior to serve as the technical leader on active job sites, owning installation execution, coordination, and quality of complex AV systems. This role blends hands-on work with on-site leadership to ensure safe, correct, and efficient delivery.

You will mentor Field Technicians, coordinate daily activities, enforce standards, review testing and commissioning readiness, and prevent rework by catching issues early.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• AVIXA CTS
• AVIXA CTS-I or advanced manufacturer certifications preferred (QSC, Biamp, Crestron, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical leadership on job sites, ensuring work is properly sequenced, staffed, and executed according to plan.
• Coordinate daily installation activities under the direction of the Lead Technician or Field Foreman.
• Lead or support daily jobsite huddles and assign tasks based on skill and workload.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to schedule, safety, or quality; be the technical point of contact on site.
• Escalate personnel or scope issues to Foreman or Operations leadership.
• Execute advanced installation tasks and support testing, verification, and commissioning readiness.
• Install and integrate complex AV systems including conferencing, control, DSP based audio, and networked AV.
