Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to perform high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This role requires daily travel to customer sites, adherence to OEM standards, and precise documentation of all work.

Qualified technicians should have 2–5+ years in automotive diagnostics, strong ADAS knowledge, and proficiency with diagnostic tools. Travel-heavy role with Saturday coverage possible.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical systems including calibrations (lvl 1–3).
• Experience with diagnostics, programming, and wiring/connector repair.
• Ability to read OEM/service information and wiring schematics.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools (multimeters, power probes, resistors).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document all services per OEM guidelines and obtain approval before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and up-to-date with training.
