Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a field technician to deliver diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and a commitment to OEM standards, safety, and accuracy.

You will perform calibrations (ADAS levels 1–3), use factory and non-factory tools, and document all work for final customer billing. Flexibility for Saturdays and continuous learning are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3).
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to diagnose using factory/non-factory tools and interpret wiring schematics.
• Clear and professional communication, written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel daily in a company-provided vehicle and work Saturdays on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approval before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system function and repair outcomes.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to company standards.
• Communicate with shops and stakeholders, escalate issues when needed.
