Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to perform diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This role requires daily travel to customer sites in a company vehicle, delivering safe, precise work aligned with OEM standards.

You will handle ADAS calibrations, wiring repairs, and vehicle health scans, with emphasis on documentation, test drives, and customer service. Training and tool care are also required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive service/diagnostic experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical services incl. calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wiring.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment (multimeters, power probes).
• Ability to interpret OEM/aftermarket service info and wiring schematics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service to customers.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repairs.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before work.
• Conduct test drives to verify functionality and outcomes.
• Maintain tools and participate in training and team meetings.
• Complete final billing and documentation per MCP guidelines.
• Support flexible Saturday scheduling as market needs.
