Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to perform diagnostics, calibration, and programming at Crash Champions locations with daily travel in a company vehicle. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service, completing documentation and billing per OEM standards.

You should have 2–5+ years in automotive service, particularly ADAS calibration and wiring, and be comfortable working independently in fast-paced shop environments.

Competenze

• 2–5+ years automotive experience diagnosing and servicing vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, calibrations, programming, diagnostics, and wiring.
• Ability to read OEM service information and wiring schematics.

Mansioni

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approval before work.
• Conduct test drives to verify system function after repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle difficult situations.
• Communicate professionally with shops and internal teams.
• Escalate concerns when needed and participate in trainings.
• Care for and secure tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols via required training.
• Meet productivity and quality goals on daily travel.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines and timelines.
• Work Saturday shifts as required by market needs.
