Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to provide top-tier service. You will apply technical knowledge to assist customers, answer calls about the Autel scanning unit, and resolve vehicle technology issues through research and analysis.

Requirements include 2+ years as a Diagnostic technician, and while not required, I-CAR and ASE certifications are preferred. You must have or obtain the proper tools and be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must be able to obtain/provide proper tools to perform duties

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers and answer calls regarding Autel scanning unit and procedures
• Research and explain technology issues on vehicles to resolve problems
• Perform all-purpose diagnostic duties as assigned
