Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to provide top-tier service to our customers. You will apply technical knowledge to assist customers, answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of the Autel scanning unit, and address technical questions related to scanning procedures of the Autel unit.

You will conduct research to understand, explain, and resolve technology issues on vehicles, with prior diagnostic experience preferred

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience in automotive repair.
• Preferred I-CAR and ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic duties using Autel scanning unit to assist customers.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in support of Autel scanning unit.
• Research and explain technology issues on vehicles to resolve root causes.
