Job summary

LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking a proactive Automotive Mobile Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance in a mobile setting, with pay tied to experience and certifications. You will interact with customers, work with the Parts Department, document repairs, and participate in training while supporting the dealership's reputation for service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and state certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read instructions and work with shop teams.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile vehicle repair and maintenance per standards.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to obtain parts.
• Tag, save, and return parts as needed, including warranty cases.
• Document work performed and perform quality checks.
• Attend training and stay updated on factory bulletins.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are kept clean and safe.
