LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle repairs and maintenance at our dealership in Michigan. This role offers a tiered pay plan, longevity bonus, and ongoing on-the-job training to help you grow your skills.

The position requires reading and following repair orders, diagnosing faults, and maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Parts and Service teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently.
• Order parts and coordinate with Parts Department.
• Test drive vehicles and ensure customer concerns are addressed.
• Document all repair work and maintain clean work area.
• Attend training classes and stay updated on bulletins.
