Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Mobile Locksmith Technician to join our mobile service team. You will work with an Automotive Mobile Sales Representative, delivering on‑site locksmith services using a company van and fuel card.

Expect key cutting, programming, and cloning, with daily travel within a 50‑mile radius and weekends required. Typical hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday, with travel to a store per day.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
Experience with automotive locksmithing including cutting, programming and cloning keys.
Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Locksmith License.
Experience with aftermarket key programmers.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Partner with Automotive Mobile Sales Representative to deliver locksmith solutions.
Assist customers with automotive locksmith needs including key cutting and programming.
Maintain mobile service van and inventory, keep it showroom-ready.
Coordinate customer meetings and travel within a 50‑mile radius.
Collaborate with leadership to improve mobile program processes.
Provide outstanding customer service and professionalism at all times.
