Job summary

The Hillman Group is expanding its Mobile Automotive Locksmith Team in Dallas. As a Mobile Locksmith Technician, you will operate a fully equipped mobile locksmith van, cut and program keys, and provide on-site service from a remote location in the Dallas area.

You will work with an Automotive Mobile Sales Representative, maintain van readiness, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while complying with Texas licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Texas Automotive Locksmith License or ability to obtain/renew on hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with aftermarket key programming and cloning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cut and program automotive keys and key fobs for various makes/models.
• Assist customers with automotive locksmith services in the field.
• Operate and maintain electronic and manual key-cutting equipment.
• Manage inventory and supplies within the mobile van.
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments and visits.
• Maintain a clean, showroom-ready van and equipment.
• Troubleshoot key and transponder issues with specialized tools and software.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on-site for Hillman Group clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve mobile locksmith processes.
