Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Mobile Locksmith Technician in Knoxville, TN. You will operate a fully equipped mobile van to provide auto key duplication and locksmith services, partnering with an Automotive Mobile Sales Representative.

Typical schedule is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with weekends required; travel within a 50‑mile radius daily. A customer‑focused, technically skilled approach is essential for delivering high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Automotive locksmithing experience including cutting, programming, and cloning keys is required.
• Locksmith license or eligibility may be required ( FBI background check may be needed).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile locksmith solutions using a company van.
• Assist customers with automotive locksmith needs including key cutting and programming/cloning.
• Maintain the mobile service van and inventory; ensure showroom-like presentation.
